AVATR 07L Large Five-Seat Luxury SUV Officially Launched
On August 8, the AVATR 07L, positioned as a “stylish and intelligent large five-seat luxury SUV,” was officially launched. The new model is available in three variants: Elite BEV, Max+ BEV, and Ultra Tri-Motor BEV, with official prices ranging from RMB 229,900 to RMB 279,900, along with a variety of limited-time purchase benefits.
The entire AVATR 07L lineup comes standard with Huawei Qiankun’s 896-line LiDAR, the highest-resolution LiDAR currently in mass production worldwide, Huawei Qiankun ADS 5, the latest-generation HarmonyOS Cockpit, and CATL’s 89.33kWh 5C Shenxing Superfast Charging Battery.
Exterior Design
In terms of exterior design, the AVATR 07L follows the brand’s overall “Future Elegance” design philosophy. It features a distinctive butterfly-wing front fascia, while the minimalist grille-less front end is accented primarily by the lighting elements on both sides, giving the vehicle a highly recognizable appearance.
For exterior colors, the AVATR 07L is available in Desert White, Ink Black, Rock Gray, Star Purple, and Crescent Silver.
From the side, the new model adopts semi-hidden door handles. Roof rails have also been added to provide greater carrying capacity for outdoor travel. A Huawei Qiankun badge is positioned on the B-pillar, while the side skirt lines and decorative panels have also been optimized, creating a stylish and elegant overall appearance.
In terms of dimensions, the AVATR 07L measures 4,910 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width, and 1,650 (1,670) mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,990 mm, providing a spacious and comfortable interior.
At the rear, the window lines quickly converge to form a sharp V-shaped rear window, giving the vehicle a distinctive design character. Meanwhile, the full-width taillight creates a clean and sophisticated visual effect.
Interior and Comfort
Inside, the AVATR 07L features a 15.4-inch floating central touchscreen combined with a 35.4-inch integrated panoramic display. It is paired with a uniquely shaped three-spoke multifunction steering wheel and an electronic gear selector.
When equipped with the optional digital exterior mirrors, two 6.7-inch digital mirror displays are added on both sides, further enhancing the futuristic atmosphere of the cabin.
The front seats support 16-way power adjustment, Zero-Gravity Seat Mode, three-level heating, three-level ventilation, and an eight-point massage function.
The rear seat cushions have been made thicker and longer, while the backrests support electric adjustment up to 130 degrees. Rear-seat ventilation and heating are also standard.
Chassis and Suspension
The new AVATR 07L is equipped with the TaiHang Intelligent Control Chassis, featuring an all-aluminum front double-ball-joint double-wishbone suspension and a rear multi-link independent suspension.
It also comes with:
- Intelligent closed-type air suspension
- CDC intelligent damping shock absorbers
- Brembo four-piston fixed brake calipers
These features further improve both driving safety and the overall driving experience.
Intelligent Driving Technology
In terms of intelligent technology, the AVATR 07L features HarmonySpace 5 and Huawei Qiankun ADS 5.
The vehicle is equipped with advanced sensing hardware including an 896-line dual-optical-path image-grade LiDAR, supporting functions such as highway and urban navigation-assisted driving as well as full-scenario intelligent parking.
Powertrain and Driving Range
At present, the AVATR 07L is available exclusively with pure electric powertrains.
The single-motor version delivers a maximum power output of 305 kW, while the tri-motor version features three motors with maximum outputs of 210 kW, 251 kW, and 251 kW, respectively.
The vehicle is equipped with an 87.301kWh battery, with pure electric driving ranges of 650 km and 725 km, depending on the version.
